Purchase and Sale Terms
1. General Provisions
These Purchase and Sale Terms (hereinafter referred to as the “Terms”) are a legally binding document that establishes the mutual rights, obligations, and responsibilities of the Buyer (hereinafter referred to as “You”) and the Seller (hereinafter referred to as “we”) when you purchase goods in the online store (hereinafter referred to as the “e-store”).
2. Moment of Conclusion of the Purchase-Sale Agreement
- The agreement between You and us is considered concluded from the moment you, having formed a shopping cart in the e-store, provided a delivery address, selected a payment method, and familiarized yourself with our terms, press the “Order” button.
- Each agreement concluded between us and You is stored in the e-store.
3. Your Rights
- You have the right to purchase goods in the e-store according to these terms and the procedures set by the e-store.
- You have the right to withdraw from the purchase-sale agreement with the e-store by notifying the Seller in writing (by email, specifying the product to be returned and the order number) no later than within 7 (seven) working days from the date of delivery.
4. Your Obligations
- To accept the ordered goods and pay the agreed price.
- If your registration data changes, you must update it immediately.
- By using the e-store, you agree to these purchase-sale terms and must comply with them.
5. Our Rights
- If the Buyer attempts to harm the operation or stability of the e-store, we may, without prior notice, limit, suspend, or revoke the Buyer’s access to the e-store or cancel the Buyer’s registration.
- In important circumstances, we may temporarily or permanently discontinue the e-store’s operations without prior notice.
- We may unilaterally change the conditions of these terms.
6. Our Obligations
- To provide all conditions for You to properly use the services provided by the e-store.
- To deliver the goods you ordered to the address specified by You within the agreed delivery period.
- In important circumstances, if we are unable to deliver the ordered product, we commit to offering You an analogous product, and if you refuse the product analog, to refund the money paid.
7. Product Delivery
- Products in stock are delivered within 2 – 3 working days. Products ordered specially are delivered within the agreed time.
- Products are delivered by an authorized representative.
- Upon delivery, you must check the condition of the shipment together with us or our authorized representative.
- By signing the transport waybill or invoice, the items in the shipment are considered in order, and the shipment is deemed delivered properly.
- If you notice external damage to the items in the shipment (breakage, dents, scratches, corrosion, etc.), you have the right not to accept the items and should inform us as soon as possible, marking such a fact on the shipment waybill.
- If you accept the goods and sign the waybill without comments, the shipment is considered delivered properly, and you have no claims regarding the items in the shipment.
- For heavy shipments weighing over 30 kg, without ordering handling services, the shipment will be delivered to the building at the specified address. If handling services are ordered, the shipment will be delivered (carried) to the desired location.
8. Product Returns
- Product returns are conducted in accordance with the order of the Lithuanian Republic Minister of Economy dated June 29, 2001, No. 217 "On the Approval of the Rules for the Return and Exchange of Items" and the order No. 258 "On the Approval of the Rules for the Sale of Items and Provision of Services When Contracts Are Concluded Using Communication Means".
- The returned item must be fully assembled. You are responsible for the complete assembly and packaging of the item. If the item is not fully assembled and properly packaged, we or our representative will not accept the item for return.
- The item must be returned in the packaging in which it was delivered. The packaging must be undamaged, clean, properly prepared, and packed.
- You return the goods by your transport, except in cases where the product is returned due to its quality.
- When returning a defective product (after receiving written conclusions about the product's quality from an authorized service company), we commit to taking back the defective product and replacing it with an analogous product. If we do not have an analogous product, we will refund the money paid for the product.
9. Liability
- You are fully responsible for the accuracy of the data provided in the registration form. If you do not provide accurate data in the registration form, we are not responsible for the resulting consequences.
- You are responsible for the actions performed using the e-store.
- You are responsible for passing your identification code to third parties. If third parties use your identification code, you are responsible for the actions of the third party.
- We are not responsible for the information provided on other companies' websites, even if you access these websites through links in the e-store.
- In case of damage, the responsible party compensates the other party for the losses incurred.
10. Sending Information
- We send all notifications to the email address provided in your registration form.
- You send all notifications and questions to the email address specified in the e-store.
11. Final Provisions
- These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Lithuania.
- All disputes arising from the execution of these terms are resolved through negotiations. If an agreement cannot be reached, disputes are resolved according to the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.
