Terms of Goods Return and Delivery
1. Delivery Conditions
1.1 Delivery Time
- Goods that we have in stock are delivered within 2-3 working days.
- Goods that we deliver by special order are delivered within the agreed time.
1.2 Delivery Methods
- Goods are delivered by an authorized representative.
- For heavy shipments weighing over 30 kg, without ordering loading services, the shipment will be delivered to the house at the specified address. By ordering loading services, the shipment will be delivered (brought) to the desired location.
- The authorized delivery service provider is UAB NĖGĖ.
- You can also choose local pick-up in our store, J. Basanavičiaus str. 160D-5, Šiauliai, LT-76128. Local pickup is free.
1.3 Delivery Cost
- The delivery cost depends on the order amount and delivery location. The exact delivery cost will be calculated at the time of order.
- Local pickup in our store is free.
1.4 Inspection of Goods Upon Delivery
- Upon delivery, you must inspect the shipment and the condition of the delivered goods together with us or our authorized representative.
- By signing the transport waybill or invoice, it is considered that the items in the shipment are in order and the shipment is delivered properly.
- Noticing external damage to the items in the shipment (breakage, dent, scratch, corrosion damage, etc.), you have the right to refuse the items in the shipment and inform us as soon as possible, and note such a fact on the shipment waybill.
2. Terms of Goods Return
2.1 Right of Return
- The buyer has the right to return the goods by notifying the seller in writing (by email, specifying the item to be returned and its order number) no later than 7 (seven) working days from the day of delivery of the goods.
2.2 Return Procedure
- The return of items is carried out in accordance with the Order of the Minister of Economy of the Republic of Lithuania No. 217 of June 29, 2001, "On the Approval of the Rules for the Return and Exchange of Items".
- The returned item must be fully assembled, in the original packaging and unused. You are responsible for the full assembly and packaging of the item. If the item is not fully assembled and properly packaged, we or our representative will not accept the item for return.
- The item must be returned in the packaging in which it was delivered. The packaging must be undamaged, clean, properly prepared, and packaged.
- When returning the goods, you must provide the purchase document, warranty card (if issued), and the filled-in return document specified in the Rules.
- You return the goods at your own expense, except in cases where the goods are returned due to their quality.
2.3 Return of Defective Goods
- When returning a defective item (after written conclusions about the quality of the item are provided by an authorized service company), we undertake to pick up the defective item and replace it with an equivalent item.
- In the event that we do not have an equivalent item, we will refund the money you paid for the item.
2.4 Refund
- Money for returned goods will be refunded within 14 days from the return of the item and its condition assessment.
2.5 Seller's Rights
- The seller has the right not to accept the goods returned by the buyer if the buyer does not comply with the goods return procedure established in this article.
